Knowing your way around organisations is important, knowing where the focus of results is important, as well as helping manage investment costs and determining outputs of any learning and development approach are always critical to the success of any project, and this is where we focus our efforts on the outputs of any intervention.
In the past we have helped a production site achieve a National Training Award in 2001 and helped a sales and commercial selling division achieve Investors In People status in 2000. As part of a major change project to implement the introduction of SAP R/3 IT platform into the organisation with a key focus on behavioural development and training of users, we were runners up in the Training Project of the year award, National IT Training Awards 1998.

Do your managers and employees need to improve their ability to manage priorities and challenge others?
Transforming people to improve making formal and/or informal presentations to others. Using video feedback these programmes can be delivered to both experienced and inexperienced groups. Typically these programmes are delivered through 1 or 2 day programmes – BASF plc, BTC.
