Assessing potential & management capability

In many organisations, determining what potential or talent you have is a difficult issue, often based around initial views about people and their performance. Often people possess good technical, functional or commercial skills, but in more senior roles there are complexities to deal with, people to be influenced and a need to understand the wider impact of decisions made.

We work closely with you to provide clear processes such as succession planning approaches through to helping identify talent through behavioural assessment, development centre design with skill inputs, through to coaching of potential people to build their confidence in dealing with ambiguity and handling different situations, whether at management or non management levels Throughout we build measures of success with you.

Leadership, management development & coaching

Working through changes in any organisation is usually complex both in terms of the approach, the needs and the impact you are trying to achieve. Often those at the start of change have not thought about the outcome, others get bogged down with one change and then like London buses more come along, impacting on the previous changes!

In and amongst all the changes there are significant people based issues that need considering and thinking through. What do we say, when do we say it and how honest and open should we be? Often skills change, how do we handle any training and development, what team development needs are there and so forth?

We can help you think through what you want to achieve, what impact any changes will have on people, what training and development they might need, and what your needs and those of teams are – we have plenty of experience of implementing some major and small change projects in different organisations!
